COLPHOS 90 is a high grade leaded tin (phosphor) bronze, the composition and production of which is carefully controlled to provide a fine grained, single phase wrought alloy of outstanding quality, strength and machinability.

The tensile properties and corrosion resistance of COLPHOS 90 are similar to PB102 phosphor bronze and are enhanced by good fatigue strength and thermal and electrical conductivity. These properties, combined with a free machinability rating some 90% that of CZ121 free-cutting brass, make it an ideal choice for intricate machining.

COLPHOS 90 provides design and materials engineers, machinists and engravers with the ability to specify and take full advantage of an outstanding, cost-effective copper alloy with a remarkable combination of properties.

Delivery



Our minimum postage charge for UK orders is £2.60.

We do not specify delivery dates or guarantee next day delivery, but if you contact us, we will can let you know if you order will be sent same day or provide a dispatch date. 90% of our orders are sent same day.

ALL parcels that have been charged less than £8.99 will be sent VIA Royal. All orders charged £8.99 will be sent via UKMAIL or other courier services due to their weight or size

International orders will be sent via Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, DPD or FedEx. We are NOT responsible for any charges the receiver may get charged before delivery, for example Customs and Revenue charges that may be owed on the parcel before delivery.

Any orders with a delivery address which is classed as highlands or islands will be subject to extra charges if sent via courier.

Addresses classed as islands and highlands are the discretion of the carrier, and are entirely out of our control.

If such charges will be requested, you will be emailed before hand, and you can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.

Returns


Returns are accepted 14 days after purchase. We will replace damaged or faulty items. Items that have been order by mistake or no longer wanted will only be refunded for the value of the product. Postage will not be refunded. ALL items must be returned within 14 days.
